Popular Nigerian rapper, Olamide has confirmed that it is easy to forgive, but not forget.
The YBNL boss during an interview narrated how a senior colleague sent him to buy food when he was a newcomer. According to him, this incident occurred when he was in the studio and a senior colleague walked in and needed someone to buy food.
Olamide volunteered to buy the food as the youngest musician present in the studio, but the money this senior colleague gave him was not enough. Olamide added his money to get the food, but the senior colleague requested for his change.
Baddo told him that there was no change, but the senior colleague told the studio guy, “Cabasa” to tell him to give him his change. In his words, “If he wants money, he should tell me and I will give him. He should not use tricks to steal my money..”
Olamide said that he was very angry, but he decided not to say anything. He also disclosed that this senior colleague is now his biggest fan and he wants a song with him. Olamide’s fans are certain that Banky W is the senior colleague. According to them, there was a time Olamide linked up with Banky W and called him out for what he did.
