Ernestine Shepherd is an American bodybuilder who was once the world’s oldest competitive female bodybuilder, as declared by the Guinness Book of World Records in 2010; as of 2022, she is 86 years old and still an active, albeit no longer competitive, bodybuilder.
Ernestine Shepherd was born on June 16, 1936 (age 86). She holds an American nationality and his Zodiac sign is Gemini.
Ernestine Shepherd has been married to Collin Shepherd for 67 years. Their love was genuine, and the two remained together until the end.
Unfortunately, her husband died in September of 2019, and nothing in the world could tear them apart while they were married.
Ernestine was a model in Baltimore for many years, but when she and her sister Mildred Blackwell went to put on swimsuits at the age of 56, they discovered their bodies were out of shape and began attending aerobics courses.
Her sister started participating in bodybuilding competitions as Velvet, and Ernestine followed as Ernie. Her sister, on the other hand, died in the early 1990s as a result of a brain aneurysm. Shepherd continues to compete in bodybuilding to honor her sister.
