Nigerian rap star, CDQ has replied his colleague, Odumodublvck who recently expressed disappointment at him for ‘lying’ about not liking his music.
He had stated in an interview that he does not understand what Odumodu and Shallipopi are singing, adding that music is deep to him and not just about streaming numbers.
But in a swift reaction via his Twitter page, the ‘Declan Rice’ crooner shutdown his claim and revealed how the rapper slid into his DM to sing his praises.
He shared a screenshot of the CDQ’s message that read; “Bad boy I fxck with your sound my brother.”
Odumodublvck captioned the post: “AH! EGBON. NO BE SO O. #EZIOKWU“
CDQ then took to his social media page and explained that because he said he likes his song does not mean he likes the lyrics.
The ‘Nowo E Soke’ crooner noted that he says thing as they are and does not care about anybody’s opinion or feelings.
“Fxck wit ur sound doesn’t mean fxck with ur lyrics bra. I was only trying to encourage so @odumodublvck no gas ursef up o, u dey bring my dm com out to do news lol…
